mysql - 表存在于显示表中，但当我尝试从中选择时不存在

我最近从 Mavericks 升级到 Yosemite，我需要重新安装 mysql，我已经重新安装了它，brew install mysql但在我这样做之前我备份了数据文件夹。（我通常这样做，因为它比导出和导入更快:) 并且它通常有效）。

问题是在重新安装之后，在我复制回数据文件夹之后，我拥有了所有的数据库、所有的表，但是我遇到了一个特殊的问题。

而这个问题是：

这是因为当我从数据文件夹中复制数据库时，我只复制了每个单独的文件夹而错过了ib_logfile0, ib_logfile1& ibdata1。
