尝试使用 maven 使用 cxf+wss4j。创建了服务和客户端，没有任何编译问题。该服务在tomcat中运行良好。

CXF 3.0.0 不适用于 WSS4J 1.6.15。您需要改用 WSS4J 2.0.0。

有完全相同的问题。就我而言，升级到wss4j 2.xx 并没有帮助。我有 2 个重叠的依赖项，一旦我删除了多余的wss4j一个并且只依赖spring-ws-security，一切都运行良好。 关键是使用 spring-ws-security 3.xx 而不是 2.xx。此处描述了问题：https ://jira.spring.io/browse/SWS-970
