我从 gmail 获取邮件取得了成功。

所以，我对 gmail 的设置是：

 menu like Administrators->email accounts for PostMaster:
    Type: POP3S    (it means gmail use port 995)
    login: bla-bla
     password:****
    server: pop.gmail.com

那么实际上我不确定，它需要阅读手册

 trusted: yes
 redirect: ..by selected queue
 actuality: actual

它确认系统提取邮件，然后我将与 Exchange 管理员讨论。
