请参阅jQuery 的 jquery-1.10.2.min.map 正在触发 404（未找到）

Resources must be listed in the web_accessible_resources manifest key in order to be loaded by pages outside the extension.

第二个只是第一个的结果，因为jquery-2.0.3.min.map没有在清单中声明。
