问题已解决。最新版本的图形工具假定 Mavericks (10.9.) 并使用导致麻烦的 libc++，因为在 MountainLion 中，标准版本的 MacPorts 链接到 libstdc++。结果符号混淆了。

我安装了 Mavericks，重新安装了所有端口，现在它可以工作了！
