解决方法如下：

  1. 下载这 5 个文件： mapsforge-core mapsforge-map mapsforge-map-reader mapsforge-map-android svg-android
  2. 将这些库（jar 文件）放入您的项目文件夹libs
  3. 比去项目-> 清洁

您不需要安装 Maven 或其他插件。通过 Java Build Path -> Libraries -> Add External JARs 包含库将不起作用。您需要将它放在 libs 文件夹中。如果它仍然不起作用，请确保更新您的 android 工具并重试。
