该log选项自 5.6.1 起已弃用，您使用的是 5.6.15。

改用general_log_file：

general_log_file=/var/log/mysql-query.log

MySQL 5.6 版本中存在错误。甚至 mysqld 显示为：

检查文件：“C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.6\my.ini”
