好的，除了上述步骤之外，这是我解决问题的方法：

添加设置文件：settings.xml

<PartCoverSettings>
  <Target>nunit-console-x86.exe</Target>
  <TargetArgs>unittests.dll</TargetArgs>
  <Rule>+[*]*</Rule>
</PartCoverSettings>

使用此命令行运行：

partcover --settings settings.xml --output out.xml

这会产生一个 XML 文件。

我也不需要降级到 2.2。2.3现在对我来说似乎工作正常......
