对我来说，我必须安装开发者工具：

  xcode-select --install

然后确保打开 xcode 应用程序并接受许可证。

我要检查的第一件事是您的 /usr/include 不为空或缺少 libxml2.h 并考虑符号链接或以其他方式将您的 Xcode SDK /usr/include 暴露给 hombrew 进程：

应用商店版本如下，但您可以随意调整您可能希望使用的 beta/pre-release/GM/旧版本 Xcode 的路径，提供 parser.h 文件：

 /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.9.sdk/usr/include/libxml2/libxml/parser.h
