我在您的代码中发现了两个问题：

首先，socket_select 的第 4 个参数（tv_sec）应该是 NULL 而不是 0。如手册中所述，0 会在无用的无限循环中导致高 CPU 负载，而 NULL 将阻塞直到发生任何事情：

tv_sec 可能为零，导致 socket_select() 立即返回。这对于轮询很有用。如果 tv_sec 为 NULL（无超时），socket_select() 可以无限期阻塞。

第二个，我认为这是 CLOSE_WAIT 的原因是你的测试，如果 $data 是假的。这仅适用于优雅关闭的连接，但正如这里的一条评论所说，您还需要对 en 空字符串进行测试。所以将一行更改为：
