查看 的源代码CordobaActivity，我怀疑问题在于您loadUrl在调用 之前就在使用super.onCreate，这意味着活动的各个方面还没有关联。我建议你换行，到这个：

super.setIntegerProperty("splashscreen", R.drawable.splash);
super.loadUrl(Config.getStartUrl(), 10000);
