gls好的,这是一个选项,它在/nlme具有半正弦距离的情况下实现各种空间相关结构。

在给定距离度量的情况下,各种类型的corSpatial类已经具备从空间协变量构造相关矩阵的机制。不幸的是,dist它没有实现harsine距离,并且dist是由corSpatial空间协变量计算距离矩阵的函数。

距离矩阵计算在 中执行getCovariate.corSpatial。该方法的修改形式将适当的距离传递给其他方法,并且大多数方法不需要修改。
