我建议制作自己的自定义 MKAnnotatinView。否则，使用上面的代码，尝试在你分配初始化 MKAnnotationView 的块内添加标签和背景视图。为块外的不同注释设置框架和文本以及其他属性，如下所示。

设置image一个 MKPinAnnotationView 是无效的，它会覆盖它。使用常规的 MKAnnotationView。
