您正在一次将一个大文件读入内存。不要那样做,分块读取并更新哈希:

def calc_md5(self,file_path):
    hash = hashlib.md5()
    with open(file_path, 'rb') as file_to_check:
        for chunk in iter(lambda: file_to_check.read(4096), ''):    
            hash.update(chunk)

    return hash.hexdigest()

这会以二进制模式打开文件,避免解释不同的行尾约定(这会改变散列)。

iter()上面的代码使用了函数的双参数形式,其中第二个参数是哨兵值;当第一个参数(可调用的)返回第二个参数时,迭代停止。当到达 EOF 时,Python 文件对象返回一个空字符串。
