我遇到了同样的问题,发现我不小心把MinGW Make 放在了我的路上。这意味着 Ruby DevKit 在它自己的msys版本之前找到了那个版本。

mingw 版本不处理/D/Programs/Ruby193/路径样式并产生“No rule to make target 'ruby.h'...”错误。

我的解决方案是从我的 PATH 中删除 MinGW make,以便 Ruby DevKit 在运行时找到 Make 的 msys 版本(当它打印“临时增强 PATH 以包含 DevKit...”时)。

我从 msys.bat 环境中检查了我的 Make 版本(只需运行 C:\devkit\msys.bat):
