I am trying to register my device with GCM. I ma using an emulator 4.2.2. I am getting an IO Exception which says that "Service is not available". I called the register inside the main activity class with an Async request.
What could be the cause for this exception. Fault on my side or is the google service unavailable.
Pls help...
