public virtual HttpResponseMessage Delete(string customerId)

参数是一个简单的类型，是从 URI 绑定的，而不是从请求体绑定的。要么像这样在查询字符串中传递客户 ID，要么将http://localhost:63654/TestMvcApplication/api/Customer?customerId=123签名更改为public virtual HttpResponseMessage Delete(string id)并使用 URI http://localhost:63654/TestMvcApplication/api/Customer/123。
