var bob = document.getElementById('image1').src;

正在制作字符串的副本。因此，当您运行时：

document.getElementById("textbox1").value=bob

您正在使用最初定义时的字符串。您可能希望将回调更改为：

setTimeout(function()
   {
      var bob = document.getElementById('image1').src; // Get current value
      document.getElementById("textbox1").value=bob
   }, 3000);

然后，您还可以摆脱全局bob变量。

解决它的另一种方法是更改​​您的onSave回调：

img.src = newURL;
