导致此错误的一种情况是运行 Azure 包或发布命令，而之前没有为相同的配置（例如发布）进行干净的重建。

这为我修复了它：

  1. 通过在 NuGet 包管理器控制台上运行以下命令重新安装 WindowsAzure.Storage NuGet 包：

    Update-Package –reinstall WindowsAzure.Storage

  2. 重建 MVC Web 应用程序项目（调试和发布）。
