正如 GabLeRoux 提到的，Node 版本管理器需要安装 curl 包，因此您可能需要先安装 curl：

sudo apt-get install curl -y

1) 清除 NPM 的缓存：

sudo npm cache clean -f

2) 安装一个名为“n”的小助手（节点版本管理器）

sudo npm install -g n

3）安装最新的稳定NodeJS版本

sudo n stable

4) 再次安装 Bower

sudo npm install -g bower
