我不是 100% 确定您要做什么，但您可以尝试使用订单帐单或运输名称作为用户名或获取当前登录用户信息。

从会话中获取客户名称

$username = Mage::getSingleton('customer/session')->getCustomer()->getName()

从订单中获取客户信息

$username = $order->getCustomerFirstname() . ' ' . $order->getCustomerLastname()

然后将您的代码更新为
