在 TextBox 上设置 IsReadOnly 会将某些样式应用于 TextBox，包括其背景。您可以通过执行以下操作来更改这些样式：

  • 从 Visual Studio 中打开 Blend 中的 xaml 文件

Another approach is to set the TextBox IsHitTestVisible=false. The field is then also not editable by the user and you can set the background as usual.

By the way, setting a different border color of a disabled textbox can be done application wide programmatically:

(App.Current.Resources["PhoneDisabledBrush"] as SolidColorBrush).Color = Colors.Magenta;
