原因：

从客户端更改为服务器目录对我来说不起作用。对我来说，问题是 Tomcat 安装在下面，而 JDKC:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 7.0的jvm.dll文件指向C:\Program Files(x86)\Java\jdk1.7.xx\jre\bin\server\jvm.dll.

请注意上述路径中的C:\Program Files和C:\Program Files(x86)。

正如错误消息所说%1 is not a valid Win32 application.，这意味着您jvm.dll使用的tomcat当前版本和安装的tomcat版本不同（32位和64位混合）版本。即 Tomcat 是 32 位的，而您的 JDK 是 64 位的，反之亦然。

我发现已经安装了 Java 的 JRE 版本，它更改了tomcat7w.exe选项下的 Java 路径。

我检查了文件夹位置，发现它已被修改：

从：

C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_51\jre\bin\server

C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.051\bin\server

遇到了同样的问题。安装并尝试将 Apache Tomcat 7 作为服务启动后，tomcat 服务器日志 (logs/commons-daemon.xx.log) 给出： Failed created java C:\Program Files(x86)\java\jre6\bin\client\jvm .dll 。事实上，除了 Windows/System32 有版本 6 java 之外，没有安装 jre6。

这不是一个特别的 tomcat 问题——在 jetty (9.2.2) 和 tomcat 6.3 上也会发生同样的情况。正如错误所说，这是一个内存问题：
