该 DLL 可能需要一些不在路径上的其他 DLL。使用Dependency Walker进行检查。

您也可能在拥有 DLL 的文件夹上获得了某种权限，例如在这种情况下描述。

如果您在开发机器以外的另一台机器上尝试它，您可能需要安装相应的 Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package。

将 DLL 作为链接添加到您的项目中，并确保“复制到输出目录”设置为“始终复制”或“如果更新则复制”。

如果这不起作用，请使用 Dependency Walker 找出您缺少哪些依赖项，然后对它们执行相同的操作。
