可能发生的事情是您以 root 用户身份安装了 Capistrano。但是，从非 root 用户帐户运行 capify 会尝试查找为该特定用户安装的 Capistrano，而不是系统范围的安装。

gem install capistrano railsless-deploy capistrano-ext
