最后，我们认为是 Dynatrace 代理挂在了 powershell 进程中导致了该信息/警告。禁用 Dynatrace 服务，重新启动服务器。没有更多的错误。

迟到的回复，但不是禁用 .net 代理，您可以通过添加此 env var 来抑制初始控制台日志记录：

DT_DISABLEINITIALLOGGING=true
