问题是，在 中createPage1，您正在向 中添加新JPanel的JFrame：

this.getContentPane().add(panel);

它取代了位于'位置的topPanel（其中包含） 。因此没有出现。JTabbedPaneJFrameBorderLayout.CENTERJTabbedPane

您可以简单地返回JPanel已创建的新内容并将其添加到您的JTabbedPane：
