Ruby 1.9.3 是用 GCC 4.5.2 编译的，这是 RubyInstaller下载页面DevKit-tdm-32-4.5.2-20111229-1559-sfx.exe提供的DevKit

您下载了仅与 Ruby 2.0.0 版本兼容的较新的 DevKit，如 RubyInstaller 公告中所示。

  • 红宝石 1.9.2：tdm-32-4.5.2
  • 红宝石 1.9.3：tdm-32-4.5.2

您可以打开您的 ruby​​ 版本的包含目录中的“win32.h”。

然后注释掉声明“clock_gettime”“clock_getres”函数的行。
