我想生成此列表，根据字符串设置 Selected 属性一项：

不要用 LINQ 做，用foreach!

form.SecurityQuestions = QuestionHelper.GetSecurityQuestions();
foreach(var item in form.SecurityQuestions)
    item.Selected = item.Text == selectedText;

if(selectedText == null)  // Select the first item by default
    form.SecurityQuestions.First().Selected = true;

LINQ 已创建用于查询否以修改对象的状态。
