我尝试过的事情

  • 移除coord_flip()
  • test_subset <- droplevels(test_subset)以防空因子水平弄乱了某些东西
  • facet_grid(~variable)vs. facet_grid(.~variable)vs. facet_grid(variable~)vs.facet_grid(variable~.)

最后一点,根据我是否分面,我得到不同数量的分数。使用刻面,我得到11 + 8 + 8 = 27,如果我删除facet_grid(~variable),我得到 23。

问题不是由于刻面,而是由于在您的情节中使用了两个几何图形。所以geom_point将把你的点都画在一个地方,然后geom_jitter在随机的位置再次画出来。这就是为什么您可以在每个图中看到更多点。

如果您删除呼叫geom_point一切都恢复正常:

p <- ggplot(test_subset, aes(x = var1, y = value))
p <- p + facet_grid(~variable) + coord_flip()
