错误 500 是服务器端的错误。

我建议尝试从服务器上传到自身，这样您可能会获得更多信息什么是错的。还要检查您的 Web 服务器、nginx、appache 或您运行的任何东西的错误日志，在那里您会发现导致错误的原因。

虽然我无法仅从您的代码中看到 500 错误是什么，但我强烈建议您确保您的 PHP ini 文件启用了错误日志记录并查看日志文件。大多数情况下，500 错误是由 PHP 引擎中的运行时错误引起的，它将输出到日志文件，或者如果您启用了 display_errors，则会直接输出到浏览器。

一旦您可以读取日志文件，10 次中有 9 次错误很容易修复。
