我在 Win7 上遇到了类似的问题，并且遇到了同样的错误 - C 编译器“cl.exe”无法编译简单的测试程序。

对我有用的解决方案：

  1. 在 Windows 上 不要在 cygwin 终端上运行 cmake。
  2. 从命令提示符运行它，并确保您具有管理员权限，在 Windows 7 中，您可以通过转到开始->所有程序->附件->（右键单击命令提示符）以管理员身份启动命令提示符并选择“运行作为管理员”

然后运行cmake <your source> 对我来说就像一个魅力。
