根据Apple 文档（表 3-2），relevantDate不支持密钥coupon并storeCard通过。更改为其他通行证类型之一应允许您的通知在指定时间显示在锁定屏幕上。

您的通知时间设置为 2013-01-10T18:50+08:00，即中国的 18:50 和韩国的 19:50（您所在的位置）。尝试设置为 2013-01-10T20:50+09:00
