假设Image是pil.Image，该open函数需要一个文件名或一个文件对象作为参数。在您的代码img中可能是None因为您没有在任何地方设置它。

另一方面，如果您不确定是否真的需要它们，则不应为图像使用全局变量，或者一般使用全局变量。将您的代码重构为具有图像作为属性的类。此外，声明photo为 global indisplay是完全不必要的，因为display无论如何你只使用它。
