我不知道您从哪里找到了编写代码的灵感，但很抱歉您阅读了错误的文档。当您使用 复制文档时PdfWriter/PdfImportedPage，您将丢弃原始文档中存在的所有交互性。操作现有页面是PdfStamper按照我的书第 6 章所述完成的。见表 6.1： http: //www.manning.com/lowagie2/samplechapter6.pdf

如果要在第一页上标记内容，则需要使用stamper.GetOverContent(1). 例如，参见这个StampText示例。添加表应该使用 WriteSelectedRows 方法完成，例如参见PdfCalendar示例。

请注意，您需要定义表格的坐标。还要了解 PDF 不是文字处理格式。该表格将与您指定的坐标处已存在的任何内容重叠（因为这是 PDF 的工作方式：所有内容都定义在绝对位置）。
