您应该在重用单元格之前调整标签框。在您的情况下，您正在更改单元格高度，同时重用它

- (CGFloat)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView heightForRowAtIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath

但是您还应该根据单元格的高度调整标签的框架，使其不会超出单元格的范围。
