heroku 工作pg，你正在使用 sqlite3，所以错误来了

试试这个并添加到你的 gem 文件中

Heroku 不支持 SQLite 数据库——如果你想使用 Heroku，你应该切换到使用 Postgresql。

在你Gemfile替换

    gem 'sqlite3'

和

    gem 'pg'

您可能还需要在本地安装 Postgresql 以进行开发。访问www.postgresql.org获取相关帮助。

Heroku 使用 PostgreSQL，不支持其他数据库，包括 sqlite3。
