尝试使用JTableNested::setLocation($referenceId, $position = 'after'):

$table->setLocation($parent_id, 'last-child');

我也认为你需要重建路径：

$table->setLocation($parent_id, 'last-child');

只需要确保为新菜单项正确创建左/右值。无需重建路径，因为现在由 JTableMenu 的 store 方法处理。

此外，便捷的方法“save”可用于绑定、检查和存储菜单项：

不知何故$menutable不会更新数据库表parent_id，level因此您必须通过 joomla 查询手动更新这两个字段。
