所以，本质上，这是一个配置问题。

为了克服本地开发的困难，您可以将默认传输设置Zend_Mail_Transport_File为development环境。

在application/configs/application.ini：

[development : production]
resources.mail.transport.type = file
resources.mail.transport.path = APPLICATION_PATH "/../data/mail"

请记住创建该data/mail目录并授予网络服务器在此处写入的权限。
