您在 viewDidLoad 中设置的 locationManager 是您的 CL 位置管理器实例，而 MapKit 在您将 showsUserLocation 设置为 true 时使用它自己的实例。

因此，MapKit 没有使用距离过滤器和所需精度的设置，并且无论如何，您还没有使用 startUpdatingLocation 启动位置管理器。
