下载失败的包是 oauth2、python-openid 和 django-social-auth。错误消息总是：

Couldn't find index page for <package_name> (maybe misspelled?)
Getting distribution for <package_name>.

Error: Couldn't find a distribution for <package_name>.

我已经分别尝试过每个包，但总是失败。我也尝试过直接放入链接并指定部分，但仍然没有得到任何结果。

你有：

install-from-cache = true

这意味着如果这些包不在您的缓存中，您的构建将失败。取消设置该选项，它应该可以按预期工作。
