Easy Struts 是一个非常古老的工具，它是为 Eclipse 2.x 编写的。我很确定它不再受支持。该org.eclipse.update.ui.forms插件不再是 Eclipse 的一部分（至少 6 或 7 年没有），所以您根本无法将该版本的 Easy Struts 安装到任何最新版本的 Eclipse 中。
