您将需要使用 Ruby 1.9.3。有关如何使用 1.9.3，请参阅此处的Mongoid 文档和此处的Heroku 文档。

我也遇到了类似的错误，我将 gemfile 更改为包含ruby '1.9.3'，一切都按预期工作了。

编辑：@herb 指出您需要最新版本的捆绑程序才能工作（gem install bundler --pre）。否则，ruby '1.9.3'在您的 Gemfile 中将无法正常工作。

作为一种解决方法，从 heroku 配置硬编码 uri 似乎可以解决问题。
