根据该错误消息，您正在尝试UIKit从后台线程更新对象，而 UI 只能从主线程更新。

相反，使用self performSelectorOnMainThread回调到主线程以使用您在网络调用返回时收到的任何信息更新您的 UI。

从你的主线程：

[self performSelectorInBackground:@selector(checkLogin) withObject:nil];

在后台：

- (void)checkLogin {
    // Do web stuff
    ...

    [self performSelectorOnMainThread:@selector(updateUI) 
                           withObject:nil 
                        waitUntilDone:NO];
}

- (void)updateUI {
    [statusLabel setText:@"Done!"];
