这不是 Heroku 独有的问题。email.css当不存在或（从 premailer-rails 1.3.x 开始）内联style标记不存在时会引发此异常。

解决方案是添加到您的资产文件夹或在您的电子邮件 HTML 中email.css添加一个空白。<style type="text/css"> </style>

你在用premailer-rails3宝石吗？我发现版本 1.2.0 导致了同样的问题。降级到 1.1.0 修复了它。希望有帮助！
