我需要一种方法来在所选项目发生更改时重新运行此 AJAX 调用。

我认为您需要将您的组件字段转换为Callback Builder。

在回调函数中，您需要做一些事情：

  1. 通过 AJAX 请求检索选项

  3. 附加事件处理程序以在发生特定事件时刷新列表
