问题是我们有一个为 Silverlight 4 构建的 Newtonsoft.Json.dll。它是版本 4.0.5.14411，不是为 Silverlight 5 构建的。当 Visual Studio 构建解决方案时，它会正确地将项目映射到正确的 System.Runtime。序列化dll。在 TFS 中排队使用 MSBUILD 的构建不会。

我升级到最新版本并解决了这个问题。
