westwind - Issue of running IIS folder with lesser privilege and also running the foxpro application folder with lesser privileges

Issue of running IIS folder with lesser privilege and also running the foxpro application folder with lesser privileges :

It is unclear whether the IIS West Wind Connector and/or the FoxPro application requires LOCAL SYSTEM access or if the application can run under lesser privilege. It is likely that the application is running with a significantly overprivileged account.

I don't know the appropriate level of permission required to run the application and create a Windows user, specifically for the purpose of running the West Wind Connector and the FoxPro applications. Can some one help me in this regards. Sharad Tripathi
