你说你清空了回收站。您确定您已清空两个回收箱中的所有回收物品吗？如果没有，试试这个：

转到网站集根网站的“网站设置”页面。在标题网站集管理下，单击回收站链接。在 QuickLaunch 菜单上，选择最终用户回收站项目，然后选择所有出现的项目并单击项目列表顶部的删除选择链接。现在从 QuickLaunch 菜单中选择从最终用户回收站中删除并执行相同操作。

现在返回解决方案库，您应该能够停用和删除您的解决方案。

检查您的停用代码。在那里你有导致这个问题的代码。我的建议是启动功能页面，将 Visual Studio 附加到所有 w3wp 进程并在功能停用中放置一个断点。这应该告诉你出了什么问题。

我的猜测是您正在创建一个不再存在的 Web 对象。
