我发现最好的办法通常取决于有多少电子邮件，就是通过您的 ISP 的 SMTP 服务器转发邮件。少头痛。看起来这就是您遇到问题的地方，从您的 SMTP 到外部服务器，而不是从 asp.net 到您的 SMTP。

只需将您的 SMTP 服务器设置为将其发送到您的 ISP，或者您可以将 asp.net 配置为发送到它。

从外观上看，您的防火墙并没有让 SMTP（TCP 端口 25）离开您的网络。
